What happens on the initial brief or discovery call?
It is a working conversation, not a sales pitch: we ask what your project actually needs and are direct if a request does not match what we think will work.
We cover current listing status across platforms you care about, community size and where it is concentrated, chain, launch stage, whether the goal is a launch, sustained growth, AI search visibility, or a mix, and your budget range. For regional or chain-specific work, we also confirm target markets or deployment chains at this stage, since that shapes which platforms and network specialists the plan will call for.
What we need from you: honest current numbers rather than aspirational ones, since a plan built on inflated community size or listing status will underperform. A single decision-maker or clear point of contact on your side also keeps the brief-to-plan step fast, usually a matter of days rather than weeks.
What does the written plan actually include, and when is price confirmed?
The plan names exact platforms, formats, durations and price before any work starts, so there is nothing to guess about once the engagement begins.
A typical plan specifies: which services are in scope, for example a trending campaign, a KOL round, or an AI search visibility retainer; which specific platforms within each service, CoinMarketCap versus DEXScreener, or ChatGPT versus Perplexity monitoring, for instance; timing and duration; and the total price, quoted from our published starting points such as $2,190 / 24 h for a single trending placement or $5,190 / project for a full launch bundle, adjusted for your specific scope.
We do not start work on a verbal agreement. The plan is a written document both sides confirm, and any change in scope during the engagement gets a written update to price and deliverables before it proceeds, not a silent addition to the invoice.
How does crypto prepayment work, and what happens once execution starts?
Once the plan and price are confirmed, payment is made upfront in crypto, USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, TON or BNB, to a wallet address we provide; see Payment methods for confirmation times and how larger engagements can be split into milestones.
Execution then begins against the exact scope in the written plan. You keep a single in-house point of contact for the duration of the engagement, even where network specialists are executing part of the work, so questions and changes go through one channel rather than several vendors. For time-sensitive work like a token launch, execution is sequenced backward from your launch date so listing and verification work, which most trending and KOL placements depend on, happens first.
If a platform-side factor changes mid-campaign, an algorithm update, a listing delay outside our control, we flag it immediately rather than waiting for the next scheduled report.
How often do we hear from you once a campaign is running?
Reporting frequency matches the pace of the work: daily during a launch window or an active trending campaign, and weekly for ongoing retainers such as AI visibility monitoring or a growth marketing retainer.
Each report covers what shipped against the plan, what is scheduled next, and any platform-side factors outside our control that affected timing or results, we do not smooth over delays or claim credit for outcomes we did not influence. At the end of an engagement, or at a natural checkpoint on a retainer, we discuss whether to extend, adjust scope, or move budget to a different service line based on what the reporting actually shows.
See Case studies for how this process has played out on finished engagements, and Guarantees and refunds for what happens if a specific deliverable does not ship as scoped.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to go from brief to a confirmed plan?
Usually a matter of days once we have honest current numbers, listing status, community size, chain and budget, rather than weeks. Complex multi-market or multi-chain scopes can take slightly longer since more platforms and network specialists need to be confirmed before pricing is finalized.
Do you require full payment upfront, or can it be split into milestones?
Full prepayment in crypto is standard before work starts. For larger engagements, such as a full launch bundle, payment can be split into milestones tied to specific phases of the written plan; this is agreed during the planning stage, not improvised mid-campaign.
What do you need from us before work can start?
Confirmed listing status, current community size, chain or target market, and a budget range at the brief stage; then sign-off on the written plan and price; then prepayment. Delays usually come from incomplete information at the brief stage, so more detail upfront speeds up the whole process.
What happens if we want to change scope mid-campaign?
Any scope change gets a written update to price and deliverables before it proceeds, rather than a silent addition to the invoice or an informal verbal agreement. This keeps both sides working from the same document throughout the engagement.
How do you report on work that depends on platform algorithms outside your control?
We report on what shipped against the agreed scope, a placement booked, content published, a KOL post live, and separately flag platform-side factors, algorithm changes, listing delays, that affected timing or outcome. We do not claim credit for results we did not influence or hide delays until the next scheduled report.
