What do you need to send for the free contest analysis?
Send five items. With these, the analysis can be finished in one pass instead of three rounds of questions.
- The contest link: the page where the contest is announced.
- The rules: a link, a PDF or the pasted text. The terms matter more than the announcement.
- Your entry link: the direct address of your entry, plus a line on how a supporter votes for it.
- The deadline: date and time with the time zone, and whether voting closes before entry does.
- Your goal: what you want from the result, such as a place in the final, a shortlist spot or simply more visibility.
Helpful but optional: your best photos or clips, the audience you hope to reach, places that are off limits, and whether anyone under the age of majority appears in the entry.
You can paste this skeleton into a message and fill it in:

What comes back, and how fast?
You get a written reply that covers four things, usually within hours and no later than one working day after the material is complete. A very close deadline is read first.
What the reply contains
- A read of the rules: whether outside promotion and paid ads are allowed, how voting works and what protects it.
- The risks we see, such as an email confirmation that will lose some supporters, or a clause that needs the organizer's answer.
- A verdict: go, go with changes, or decline, with the reason. Declines are described on the page about projects we decline.
- A suggested plan: two or three platforms, the creative angles to test, and the services that fit, such as paid promotion or rules and risk consulting.
The reply is written by the person who would own your account, so the person you hear from is the one you would work with.
What happens if the answer is a decline
You still keep the analysis, and you owe nothing. We say what would change the answer if anything would.
Which WhatsApp starter should you open first?
Four prepared messages open on WhatsApp, each marking which help you want, so we know where to begin. Pick the one that matches your situation.
| If this is you | Open this starter |
|---|---|
| You are unsure whether the rules even allow promotion | The rules and risk check |
| You need a sense of cost before deciding | The budget range and thirty-minute strategy call |
| You already promote and want better wording | The templates for asking people to vote |
| You want a day-by-day plan to follow yourself | The campaign calendar for seven, fourteen or thirty days |
If none fits, use the contest message above and send it as it is. The analysis covers all four topics in one reply, and the starters just make it easier to say what you want first.
A small decision rule
If your deadline is under a week away, send the full message and mention the date in the first line. A close deadline moves your request to the front of the queue.
What does the free analysis not include, and what happens next?
The analysis is a reading and a recommendation, not a campaign. Nothing is bought, no ad runs and no card details are asked for.
- It does not promise votes, a ranking or a win, and it does not project a number of votes.
- It does not include creative production or ad management. Those are separate services with a written quote.
- It does not commit you to anything. You can take the plan and run it yourself, hire us or walk away.
If you decide to go ahead
We confirm the quote in writing before work starts, with ad spend shown separately because it is paid to the platform and not to us. The sequence from there is on the process page, and the boundaries we keep are on the no-bots policy page.
The next step takes about two minutes. Write down the five items above and send them through the contact page or any WhatsApp starter on this page.
Frequently asked questions
Is the free analysis really free?
Yes. We read your rules, flag the risks and send a suggested plan without charge, and you owe nothing afterwards. If you decide to proceed, the quote is confirmed in writing before any work starts, and ad spend is invoiced separately.
What if I do not have the rules as a document?
Send the contest link and tell us where the terms appear. A link to the rules page, a screenshot or pasted text all work. If the contest has no written rules at all, we flag that as a risk and suggest a question for the organizer.
Can I send a contest that has already started?
Yes, and a running contest is often where we are most useful. Tell us the current date, the deadline and where your entry stands. The plan is built around the days that remain, with fewer channels and a tighter message.
Will you tell me if my contest looks like a poor fit?
Yes, plainly and with the reason. If the rules ban outside promotion, if minors are involved without consent, or if the plan would need anything we do not do, the reply says so. You then know before spending anything.
What do you do with my contest details?
We use them only to prepare your analysis and, if you hire us, to run the campaign. The privacy policy describes how contact details are handled.
